Check out the latest findings, country by country: link.europa.eu/TJB8hy
Heatmap displaying citizens' top 4 policy priorities by EU member state and topic area, according to results from the Eurobarometer 105.3 survey (April–May 2026). Fifteen policy areas are ranked, including cost of living, economy, EU defence, public health, poverty, climate change, democracy, food security, migration, industry autonomy, terrorism, consumer protection, humanitarian aid, gender equality, and digitalisation. Colour intensity indicates the percentage of respondents selecting each priority (69–60% in dark red, down to 9–0% in pale yellow). Cost of living ranks highest overall (47%), followed by economy and jobs (35%), and EU defence (34%). Priorities vary significantly by member state.
