Taking advantage of waking up too early, I went to the farmers' market and got some amazing treats. Just had the best caramel pecan cinnamon roll from a local baker that I've patronized several times before, and she also had a favorite of Mine that she hasn't made for a while.

The Yanineko anime is the best media adaption. Someone took the simple manga that tells short stories in single pages and wove it into a complete narrative with hidden lore. Anyone turned off by the crass humor is missing out on something crafted by amazing creative minds. For real.

I don't mind if people enjoy media without analyzing the deeper themes, but I do mind when these people shit on someone for deeply analyzing something and telling them they're wrong.

This is such an odd time for video games. It's probably the worst time for the AAA industry since the crash of the 80s, but also the best time with all the community stuff happening, like private servers for dead games, fan-made PC "ports," fan translations, etc.

Been a month and a half and I've barely been able to find eggs at the one grocery store within 30 miles. All I can seem to find as a cause is a bird flu outbreak. Sure seems like there should be some protections against this, or protections to the supply chain, or something.

There's this annoying thing some idiots do when someone not famous has the same opinion as someone famous where the idiots assume the not famous person is parroting the famous person. Like two people can't see the same evidence and come to the same conclusion on their own.

I guess it's weird for a guy to care about women's fashion. Of My friend group, there is one woman, but she's not particularly fashion-focused. Though when she was looking at shoes, I did give her advice and she picked out some I suggested and I built an outfit that she really liked.

I hate that the dem primary was canceled here so I'm forced to vote for a diet republiKKKan or a child rapist as a representative in the general or feel I "wasted" My vote, or just be accused of voting for child rapists because "blue no matter who" or whatever.

I hate how the word "deluxe" means basically nothing. In video games, it means you get a soundtrack, either as a download or maybe a CD, and sometimes a tiny artbook, either digital or physical the size of a stack of postcards. And in food, it just means lettuce and tomato.

If the same number of people discussing the failures of 2XKO, Nen Impact, and Invincible VS had played the games, they wouldn't have failed.
And they're all still getting more attention, even postmortem, than DNF Duel ever did.

As someone that has prepared tax forms of many kinds for many years, I scream internally when someone says something is "a tax write off" or was done "as a write off," because none of those people can explain what that means. They are just parroting what they heard with zero understanding.

I got a Nutribullet and can now make smoothies and frappes at home. It's probably the third greatest appliance I've bought behind the Japanese toilet and the air fryer. I am truly an ascended being far beyond mortal humans.

Bacon is delicious. Turkey and tofu bacon just aren't the same. I've tried to make them work and I just can't. I've reduced a lot of My meat intake over the years, especially beef, but pork is kinda hard to substitute. I do eat it less, but I love bacon, sausage, and cubed ham in omelettes.

I don't mind when someone decides not to support a company due to a clash of social ideals between then and the leaders of the company, but it's really annoying when they say the products they make are bad when they aren't, just to try to further justify their avoidance of that company.

Watched SSFT2 at #CEO2026 and saw a ZANGIEF beat an old Sagat in losers, then reset and win in the final match, final round, against a Boxer. That was a hell of a gauntlet. I wasn't even playing and I'm exhausted.
