@scryfall.com will you be adding something akin to tcgplayer_etched_id/prices.usd_etched for surgefoils when tcgplayer has separate listings for the regular print and surgefoil print of the same card? e.g scryfall.com/card/fic/76/... scryfall.com/card/msc/9/m...

@scryfall.com are there plans to address the issue with the cards in TMC that have surgefoil as their only foiling having a separate tcgplayer id from their non-foil version? maybe a `tcgplayer_foil_id` property similar to etched foils if they're different ids?
