I live near Düsseldorf on the Rhine, and there are already facilities that have problems to get their grain or product transported. At the same time, I heard of three near misses in the past 6 months where bridges were scraped or ships ran onto sand. I hope there will be no real accidents 😣

Sure, good old Ukraine tested weather balloons (smaller but cheaper than blimps) to bring standby drones to Shahed altitudes. Did not catch on, I'm afraid. But maybe #BattleblimpYamamoto could crush russian lines ^^

We've got a dying mall around here, every shop that closes down gets the "kiddo playground" makeover or is taped shut with some weird real life scenes that almost fits when viewed from far away. But up close - ai slop at its worst. Must be industry standard.

Ah of course, so a drone dropped by the tug. But those shouldn't be actively towed I think.
But then again, a tug does not have the structure to take on a drone or may be too revealing and they do some weird things to their own hardware.

Wer gar kein Auto hat, ist gekniffen weil er den Tankrabatt von anderen zahlt. Aber immer noch besser als die, die wegen Sprit Verknappung oder Umweltgründen in ein E-Auto investiert haben - die haben jetzt das Auto abzuzahlen *und* subventionieren Dienstwagen und SUVs

Wer gar kein Auto hat, ist gekniffen weil er den Tankrabatt von anderen zahlt. Aber immer noch besser als die, die wegen Sprit Verknappung oder Umweltgründen in ein E-Auto investiert haben - die haben jetzt das Auto abzuzahlen *und* subventionieren Dienstwagen und SUVs

I agree. The longer we wait, the more knowledge of the cold war is lost and more people expect their country (any) to provide everything even during multi-regional disasters. The pure economic need to have personal, local reserves before tons of material in large shelters must be communicated.

Damit ist jede Hoffnung dahin dass ökologisches Handeln und Investitionen in die #Zukunft sich lohnen. Die #Industrie investiert Milliarden um 2027 mit den #CO2 Abgaben wettbewerbsfähig zu sein, und bekommen eine Verschiebung nach der anderen. Wer nicht investiert, spart, wer investiert geht pleite.

Wohl eher der gesamte deutsche ÖPNV, der effizienter wird je mehr er genutzt wird. Ich bin wirklich dafür dieses Henne-ei Problem für knapp die Hälfte der Kosten zu lösen als nochmal Milliarden in die Ölkonzerne und Verbrenner-Fans zu stecken...
Absolute Zustimmung, Weiternutzung vorhandener Fahrzeuge und echte Randsituationen die (noch) nicht gut elektrisiert werden können sind bestimmt aktuell die Mehrheit aller Verbrenner.

Ich kann leider gerade nur das Intro von www.economist.com/finance-and-... lesen, aber es thematisiert wohl nur die finanzielle Situation von Geringverdienern und Landbevölkerung. Die Senkung des Spritverbrauchs und Ökologie scheint ausgeklammert, das allein wäre mir aber wichtiger als Tankrabatte.

Ich kann leider gerade nur das Intro von www.economist.com/finance-and-... lesen, aber es thematisiert wohl nur die finanzielle Situation von Geringverdienern und Landbevölkerung. Die Senkung des Spritverbrauchs und Ökologie scheint ausgeklammert, das allein wäre mir aber wichtiger als Tankrabatte.
