If you're on the Blacksky PDS (blacksky.app, myatproto.social, cryptoanarchy.network, etc. handles) this should be fixed.
You should be able to use Bluesky's mobile apps (iOS and Android) without encountering the age gate error.

Sounds like the bsky team went nuclear w/ DDoS mitigation, which makes sense given the circumstances. Hopefully they're able to implement an allowlist for known/trusted source IPs soon.
Also seems like fixing 429s won't necessarily fix age verification hiccups for those of us using the iOS app, tho
