FRE and WS research and reporting is both exhausting and traumatic. There's not a lot of black and white that you can apply to it. Hell, some of the best in the field are those who were in WS groups and left. Most of us in the field want the best world possible, but moral purity is a myth

While flight costs are covered for Ottie and I, I still really need help with all the other moving costs. Moving interstate is unfortunately expensive and I am restarting my life over as I'm not able to take my furniture or most of my belongings. Anything helps at this point to make this easier.

I have been watching a lot of Blood on the Clocktower games, recently, and good lord does it always feel weighted towards evil winning, based on anecdotal evidence. Of the 20+ games I've seen played out, a good 80% have been evil winning and in this current climate, thats exhausting.

I am so tired. I find it deeply deplorable that someone has lost their life to gun violence, as I always do.
On the other hand, I couldn't care less about Charlie Kirk being dead. The man advocated for the proliferation of guns and didn't care about the resulting violence

I'm remembering why I started disengaging from this site and social media in general right now. It conjures a defeatist attitude in me that just isn't helpful. By disconnecting, and being very particular in my news choices, I can still find the hope and anger necessary to do the work.
