i feel like mihoyo's reluctance to have big poofy skirts really hurts their ability to have cute female character silhouettes. every female character has her bare legs out with a coochie flap that barely covers her crotch which is great for some characters and terribly unfitting for others

it is honestly so hard to be impressed by mihoyo costume design when you used to play cinderella girls starlight stage. "heres evanescia in a japanese style dress with a miniskirt" mid. i have seen so much better even in that lane

Maybe the reason deadlock characters are so flirtatious with each other is because valve it's trying to incept sexual tension between gamers so they cooperate with their lane partners more

Working on a full overhaul of my site's CSS (which most visitors will barely notice because the goal is for it to look more or less the same) swapping from relying on vw/vh to using these newfangled clamp() calcs + design tokens, and wow, gotta say, CSS has evolved SOOOOO much since i first started

Pearl's entire character feels like the epitome of what's wrong with HSR/gacha games:
- a design that should be robotic like Screwllum, but is instead a conventionally attractive woman who is extremely human passing
- a character who should be morally complex and treated as such, but instead is so

deresute's been out for 11 years now, and many other fancy new gacha rhythm games have come out since then, but to be honest, even playing the other newfangled ones (shinysong, umamusu, etc) i still think deresute looks and runs way better, which really goes to show how cutting-edge deresute was.

the absolute whiplash of reading "not much is known about her sexuality, but she maybe maaaay have been possibly perhaps lesbianic" and then the very next section says "she was the lover of another woman"

tbh as sad as it is that there are probably no new original pmd games coming for the foreseeable future, i really do think super was a fantastic end for the series. it feels like both a love letter to the fans and an ambitious final sendoff. i am very happy the series finished strong with it.
Today is the 11th anniversary of the Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, officially released in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS on September 17, 2015!
It is the last original entry in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series to date.

been logging back onto deresute for the anniversary and free pulls and... man, my account is in a terrible state T~T i have no matching mutual/alternate pairs that go with any cool/passion dominants, so even if i pull a dominant i won't be able to use it properly... T~T

huge updates to my website that look like absolutely nothing changed for probably most people
sunieepo.neocities.org
added way better accessibility features, all images should have alt text now, added some aria labels, followed main/nav/h1/2/3 conventions, and also tightened up some ugly code

i feel like a clown for clocking in to a new fire emblem shift but can u blame me for wanting to hope and believe it could be a better game than all of the other stinkers theyve made lately ("person who fell in love with gba fe as a child and still hadnt been able to let go" voice)
