I'm going to bring my dog to the beach when the lifeguards are on duty which isn't allowed. So I'll just say they're a "Service Animal" even if it isn't.

Will the beaches become the "Land of NO!"?
It's the lack of respect for the "public" beach as I see it. "I"m going to put up this big canopy creating "Safety Issues" for the Lifeguards!" Rather than setting up behind the lifeguard's stand, you know, so they can see what's happening better.
