Help me out please 🙏 my birthday is next week and diabetes is destroying my body; my metformin dosage has been upped from 100 mg to 500 mg, and my liver is being impacted. Help me keep living 🙇♂️ I been sick almost all of April, I want to be okay, say it will br ok pls
