I’m the mom of a 20 year Pediatric Brain Cancer survivor.
She was 15 when she endured head and spine radiation, and 4 rounds of high-dose chemo with stem-cell transplants.
All that to say: diverting funds from cancer kids is next level EVIL.

One more thing about this after a creator was exited out of the Creator Congress (a group striving to set ethical standards for creators): disclosure policies protect creators as much as our audience. Creators face the fallout in instances like these, not dark $$ groups. We are disposable to them.
Remember when my (former) mutuals tried to get me canceled off TikTok a year ago bc I said we need a code of ethics + disclosure laws for creators and it wasn’t ok to take dark $$ to get “mentored” or make content w/o disclosing? When I said it would become a big ugly issue in the midterms? Yeah.

One more thing about this after a creator was exited out of the Creator Congress (a group striving to set ethical standards for creators): disclosure policies protect creators as much as our audience. Creators face the fallout in instances like these, not dark $$ groups. We are disposable to them.
