I thing a lot of the frustration over Polis' clemency for Peters was simply this: Colorado saw the insurrectionists who were convicted being pardoned by Trump, but at least we could say, Colorado is different. We hold people accountable.

Tunnicliffe, wheat harvest, with a what is likely a D-4 caterpillar pulling an older reaper binder, transitional late 1940s/50s technology. Still stooking sheaths by hand. A horse could have pulled a binder like that on that farm a decade earlier. Elm survived 1930s epidemic, but probably not 1960s
