FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Ham Special 95 Releases New Heavy Disco House Single “Over The Line” Heavy Disco House | London, UK | [1/8/2026] London, UK — Ham Special 95 unveils their latest single “Over The Line,” a heavy disco house release built for late-night dancefloors and groove-driven club sets. Combining classic disco elements with modern house production, the track delivers a focused, high-energy sound aimed squarely at underground audiences. Disco house is known for blending the rhythmic structure of house music with the grooves and musicality of classic disco, often using samples, basslines, and loop-based arrangements to create dancefloor momentum Over The Line taps into this tradition while pushing toward a heavier, more stripped-back club aesthetic. A Track Built for the Dancefloor Driven by a steady four-on-the-floor rhythm—one of the defining features of house music . Over The Line centres around a rolling bassline, filtered disco textures, and tight percussive elements. The production leans into repetition and groove, favouring... https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/over-the-line

Fictional – Night Lives / She Talks (digital) Night Lives is a slow-burner that understands the value of restraint. Anchored by a rubbery bassline and tight, unfussy drums, Fictional lets the groove do most of the talking, allowing subtle shifts in texture to carry the track forward rather than dramatic peaks. The tracks disco DNA is clear, but it’s filtered through a modern, club‑ready lens. Chiming synth lines drift in and out of focus, while gentle filter movements keep the arrangement in constant, almost imperceptible motion. Nothing feels rushed; instead, the track rewards patience, settling into a steady, hypnotic flow that works best in long mixes and late-night settings. There’s an economy to the production that gives Night Lives its longevity. It’s functional without being utilitarian, warm without tipping into nostalgia. A reliable tool for DJs looking to bridge classic disco sensibilities with contemporary dancefloor dynamics. She Talks is a restrained, late-night cut built around a soft-focus groove and subtly syncopated drums. Vocal snippets drift through the mix as texture rather than focal point, while understated synth work keeps the track in slow, steady motion. Best suited to after-hours moments where nuance and patience carry more weight than impact. https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/night-lives

Keep In Touch (body to body) is a tactile, intimate work by Fictional that explores closeness, distance, and communication through restrained sound design and subtle rhythmic motion. Rooted in dubbed‑out experimental dance music, the track invites the listener into a space where presence itself becomes the message. With Keep In Touch (body to body), Fictional present a piece that operates as an encounter rather than a conventional club track. The work unfolds slowly, prioritising texture, proximity and restraint over momentum, allowing emotional intensity to surface through repetition and duration rather than release. The production is sparse yet highly tuned. Sounds are placed with a strong sense of physical awareness, drawing on dub-derived space, echo and low-end pressure to create an atmosphere of closeness that remains unresolved and quietly charged. Rhythmic elements suggest dance-floor lineage without committing to forward drive, hovering instead in a state of suspension. Rather than relying on overt narrative or dramatic climax, Keep In Touch (body to body) centres the body as a site of communication. Meaning is carried through nearness, pulse and resonance — through what is held, sustained, and almost touched. The result is... https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/keep-in-touch-body-to-body

Sunset EP is a short, intimate collection built around moments of quiet transition. Across its tracks, Fictional… explores the space between holding on and letting go, using warm tones, understated rhythms, and spacious production to mirror the slow descent of the sun. The EP opens with a sense of calm familiarity, gradually unfolding into deeper, more reflective territory. Melodies feel unhurried, often lingering longer than expected, while subtle shifts in texture give each track a feeling of movement without urgency. There’s a softness throughout the record — not fragile, but intentional — as if every sound has been placed with care. Rather than telling a single story, Sunset EP captures fragments: passing thoughts, fading conversations, and the emotional weight of endings that don’t arrive all at once. It’s music meant for late evenings, long walks, and quiet rooms, where small details become more noticeable. The closing moments don’t resolve so much as they drift away, leaving the listener suspended in the same gentle uncertainty that defines the EP. Sunset EP feels less like a statement and more like a moment shared — brief, warm, and impossible to fully recreate https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/sunset-ep-2

With Cyber Talk and Intruder Invasion, Fictional present a compelling two‑track statement that explores anxiety, surveillance and fractured identity in the digital age. Together, the songs function less as standalone singles and more as complementary perspectives on control, exposure and intrusion. Cyber Talk is the more restrained of the two, driven by precise production and a cool, measured vocal performance. The track examines the emptiness of constant online dialogue, where information flows freely but meaning remains elusive. Sparse electronic textures and clipped rhythms reinforce the theme, creating a sense of emotional distance that feels intentional rather than detached. Fictional’s lyricism is pointed and economical, allowing implication to carry more weight than explanation. By contrast, Intruder Invasion shifts the focus from passive disconnection to active threat. The production is darker and more confrontational, with distorted elements and mounting tension that suggest a loss of personal space. Where Cyber Talk observes, Intruder Invasion reacts — capturing the paranoia and vulnerability that arise when boundaries are breached, whether digitally or... https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/miscommunication

Fictional… delivers a sharp, focused EP rooted firmly in electro and electro house, combining raw energy with refined control. With Inside, Fictional… turns the focus inward, delivering an EP that prioritises emotion, texture, and atmosphere over excess. The EP is built on subtle grooves, carefully layered synths, and a strong sense of pacing. Each track unfolds patiently, allowing themes and motifs to develop organically. There’s a clear emphasis on mood and cohesion, with Fictional… favouring depth and nuance over obvious hooks or formulaic structures. True to its title, Inside feels introspective and immersive. Fictional… – Hidden Tribes (EP) With Hidden Tribes, Fictional… delivers a richly textured EP that feels both intimate and expansive, drawing listeners into a world shaped by rhythm, atmosphere, and subtle emotional pull. The release unfolds as a cohesive journey rather than a collection of standalone tracks, favouring immersion over immediacy. Rooted in electronic and melodic dance sensibilities, Hidden Tribes blends hypnotic grooves with layered synth work and understated dynamics. The production is sleek yet warm, allowing each element space to breathe while maintaining a steady forward momentum. Rather than relying on overt drops or vocal hooks, Fictional… focuses on mood, repetition, and gradual evolution—inviting the listener to sink into the sound rather than chase moments. The EP’s title feels deliberate: Hidden Tribes evokes connection, shared pulse, and a sense of belonging beyond the visible. There’s an almost ritualistic quality to the music, as if each track taps into a collective rhythm that transcends geography or genre. It’s reflective without being subdued, and energetic without ever feeling forced. Ultimately, Hidden Tribes positions Fictional… as an artist confident in restraint and atmosphere. It’s a release that rewards attentive listening and repeated plays, appealing equally to late‑night headphone sessions and deeper, more contemplative dancefloor https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/hidden-tribes-ep

The Loudspeaker Ensemble – The Sky Will Always Be There For You There’s something quietly defiant about The Sky Will Always Be There For You, the 2013 EP by London-based project The Loudspeaker Ensemble. Rather than chase easy categorisation or radio-ready hooks, producer Shawn Bak and vocalist Jinsun Kim construct a work that feels deliberately untethered—hovering somewhere between experimental electronica, chamber music, and ambient soundtrack. Rather than chase easy categorisation or radio-ready hooks, producer Shawn Bak and vocalist Jinsun Kim construct a work that feels deliberately untethered—hovering somewhere between experimental electronica, chamber music, and ambient soundtrack. At its core, The Loudspeaker Ensemble’s aesthetic is eclectic to the point of intentional disorientation. The music blends electronica, experimental textures, exotica, and contemporary composition, often within a single track. Critics (if they existed in large numbers for this niche release) would likely note the audible lineage of 1970s experimental music—particularly in the use of white.. https://sweetbaysound.bandcamp.com/album/the-sky-will-always-be-there-for-you
