Random thoughts from someone who’s experienced a *lot* of terrible things these past couple years and also lives a very lovely, fortunate, abundant life.

I believe so strongly in abundance and also scarcity because I’ve seen them play out time and time again. This is a part of it. The more I embrace bad happening *to* me, the more bad I see around me. Honoring it while also being detached helps me to stay in a much more abundant space (w/o bypassing)
Been thinking a lot about the difference between bad things happening and bad things happening *to me.* That subtle shift in perspective allows me to honor that the thing is bad without owning it. It doesn’t have to become my personality or feel personal at all.
