Carney said Canada will match the new U.S. tariffs dollar for dollar, targeting sectors including steel, dairy, appliances, agricultural equipment, pulp and paper, and electronics, as well as goods already subject to Section 232 and 338 tariffs, after trade talk collapse. #cdnpoli
