Taken with a zoom lens from the safety of a vehicle. Couldn’t leave camp in northern Ontario in June without seeing black bears. Sightings became increasingly rare once blueberries ripened and the bears could stay in the bush and gorge themselves.

End of the trail. Went exploring and ended up here. Beautiful spot and the ridge I’m standing on is much higher than it looks in the photo. Will definitely be back (if I can find it again).
