Our bullish bet did not play out this time, to put it mildly. So in the end we walked away with a tiny +$110.

The payout structure is as follows, on Dec 20, 2024:

- we have an uncapped profit if price goes up and above $109400.

- we have a fixed +$110 profit if price goes below $108610.

- we sustain up to a maximum loss of -$390 if price stays somewhere within $108610-$109400 range.

We have entered a risk-free deal by paying $1300 and getting back $1300-1400 in about 2 days.

Now, by doing so we got an up to +$700 reserve to cover our possible -$300 Bybit loss, by buying contracts at Polymarket, and as can be seen it costs us only $600 at Polymarket to get $900 return if price at expiry is below $98k.
