Same diagnosis, different trajectories. Why?
We found 5 subtypes: 3 systemic, 2 liver-centric. High liver risk can occur despite mild metabolic abnormalities, pointing to genetics. A female-predominant group also showed more depression, sleep apnea & antidepressants.
