I have
SEEN
the first episodes of the new Avatar show, and surprisingly it's not terrible! I definitely had concerns going in, but the first impression is solid and I'm down to see where it goes

The most infuriating thing in the world is being told to "play a different game" when the game in-question literally is a different game.

Playing Yakuza 1 and the English dub's got some fascinating audio splicing. Literally one sentence can be two audio files and you can hear the seam between them.

I try my best to look into TTRPGs that are not D&D, but every time I try a different system I run into something I'm not a fan of, and when I talk about it I get told to play something else. So I try to find systems that don't do the thing I don't like, and the best match is almost always D&D.

I have a curse where I always have to play games in order, and I'm thinking about Yakuza again, and I'm getting dangerously close to my always-play-in-order philosophy making me play through Shenmue before Yakuza 1.

Hey I always wondered, why don't Mac mice have right buttons like every other PC?
"Just use ctrl+click"
That doesn't answer the question
"Get a third-party mouse"
Still doesn't answer the question.
"You can enable it in Mac settings"
YOU'RE NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTION

I don't remember if I've ever promoted a Jacob Geller essay but I did learn about the Red/Yellow/Blue paintings & abstract art from one of his videos and it really sucks that I can't cite it anymore when talking about artistic evaluation.

I didn't know this when posting but apparently candy cigarettes are a right-wing dogwhistle. I only bought them because I'd never seen them in person and wanted to give em a try.
I promise I'm not a right-wing weirdo. I just thought they were neat.

Remember kids, an emulator doesn't exist to port exclusive games to PC. It exists to emulate the hardware, accurately running *every* game that's been released for that system. Including the ones with native PC ports.
