In 1995, Kevin Waara, Ken Moore & I wrote a Canadian Unity tune, "Lets' All Stand "- A Song for #Canada in response to the impending Quebec referendum. This song is now more relevant than ever, In light of trump threatening tariffs & to make Canada the 51st state.

Remembering 9/11 on this 25th anniversary of that event. I was at work at a Home for the aged in Thunder Bay, ON Canada when it happened. Some of the residents were comforting upset nurses, telling them, "Some of us have been through the war; you have to be calm & brave, so you don't upset others."

65 years ago today, one of the doctors who delivered me, Dr. Stephen Morton, was shot dead in his home. The 2nd Doc who delivered me may have been involved in the murder. His wife wrote a book which was adapted into a Disney movie. This is the story I wrote about them.

Here a photo. of me 2 weeks ago, near the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver. My Ma went there often when she lived in Van. during the war in the 1940s. She may have also acted in plays there, as she told me she acted in Finnish plays in Vancouver.

Watching the Winter Olympics 2026 opening ceremonies. Nice to see Olympic champion skier Nancy Greene in the Canadian video before the opening ceremonies began. I had a signed black & white photo. of Nancy Greene, which was given to me when I had my 1st hip operation when I was a kid. It was lost.
