So glad my mayor @lukediaz.bsky.social led the charge to #DeFlock Verona, and that more communities are following suit. This is a huge civil liberties and constitutional nightmare.
Nothing says “USA” like shooting off professional grade fireworks in a small neighborhood til after midnight and leaving your shrapnel all over your neighbor’s yards and roofs. This is just what I didn’t hit with the lawnmower this morning 🙄

Just finished Dungeon Crawler Carl (all 8 of em) in about 6 weeks. Now what will I do with every second of my day? Work? Care for my family? Ugh…

It absolutely kills me that hacksacks are back. I have flashbacks from the 90’s going to the kiosk in the mall to buy one, working a hole in it to remove some beads and soften it up, then sewing it back together.
I told all this to a teen this week and they looked at me like I had two heads.
