Fitness people say that taking a few minutes between reps gives you more reps in total and I wasn't sure about it, but tried it today. Holy man, was able to get a complete extra set for each lift. Wild

My landlord FINALLY turned on the central a/c, and omg its night and day. My 3rd floor appt went from 85 and swampy to 68 and heaven, I care very little about the extra 15 I will have to pay for it.

Fun fact! If you are already sick and go to a family member's graduation ceremony, make sure you take actual medication and precaution so you don't feel as dead as disco! on the road to recovery now but holy crap did this weekend suck

It's official, I've downloaded League after 5 years of being clean. I haven't played a game yet! the temptation is there though, someone queue up so i don't have to suffer alone lmao

So I started listening to a lofi beats playlist to sleep, and my sleep schedule has never been better. The downside is that I've used Spotify to play it, and my Spotify wrapped has been overtaken by music i fall asleep to, ie. MUSIC IM NOT LISTENING TO BECAUSE IT PUT ME TO SLEEP. Smh kms
