Years ago my psych rec’d L-methylfolate because I’m deficient in the enzyme that binds folate. I tried, got very agitated on it & refused to retry. I finally started it recently because my ADHD meds stopped working.
It’s been a couple weeks and I feel like I’ve been factory reset. 🩷🩷🩷
