One shared brain for your team and AI 🧠

Stop pasting context into 10 different chat windows. TeamBrain connects your team, tasks, and AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, MCP) to a markdown-native workspace.

Private by design. No training on your data.
One line at the start of your next AI request will save you most of the back and forth.

The line is: "Before you start, ask me the questions you need answered, one at a time."

You'll get asked about things you forgot to mention, like who it's for or what you've already tried.

How big does a company need to be to take on something big now?

Work that used to take hundreds of people is work a small team can now direct AI to do.

That changes what a five or ten person business can realistically go after.

Most people think using AI means learning to code. It doesn't. Try describing a task the way you'd explain it to a new hire, something like a first draft or a quick summary. No code required, just a clear ask.

Somewhere in your inbox is a question you've answered the exact same way twenty separate times. Pull up those replies and hand them to AI.

Ask it to turn them into one FAQ answer, in your own words, that you can send next time instead of retyping it.

You probably do this too: ask AI for a paragraph, then copy it into an email and touch it up yourself.

That's the same manual work, just with a head start.

Try handing it the actual thread instead and asking it to answer inside that context. You skip the copying, and the answer already fits.

Our content calendar draft came out a mess the first time, so I had to re-explain the whole thing and ask again.

The second version wasn't even close to the first draft's quality, same prompt, same context, completely different result.

I used to think there was a magic phrase, the right way to word a prompt that would make AI just know what I meant.

There isn't one.

When AI feels complicated, it's usually because you're still doing the part that shouldn't be yours anymore. The good version is quiet: you ask for a task, it happens, you move on. Free guide here: teambrain.co/free-guide/#...

Ask AI to look at your last five write-ups, emails, or posts, whatever you make a lot of, and point out the one mistake that shows up across all of them, not just this one.

A fifteen-second AI video can look flawless and still fall apart the moment you try to stretch it to two or three minutes. Consistency breaks down over length, in faces, in voice, in the details staying the same from one shot to the next.

Most of what people call "working with AI" is still the old way. You ask it for text, then copy it out, paste it somewhere, and clean it up yourself.

The shift is one change in how you talk to it: stop asking AI to write things for you to handle, start asking it to handle things.

Some mornings I'm switching between three completely different projects before I've finished my coffee, one client company and TeamBrain itself, each running through its own project window.

Running a business isn't always exciting. A lot of it is the little things people don't see. You answer emails, handle small tasks, and show up to do it all over again tomorrow. It's not the highlight reel people post, but it's part of the work.

Most people feed AI a generic company summary, then wonder why the answers come back generic too.

Getting the context right means the specific stuff: why you made that call, how your best customers like to be handled. Give it that and it stops guessing.
September 21, 2026 at 12:06 PM
Every image model I've tried still can't get my logo right, no matter how specific the prompt.

Next time you need a branded graphic, skip the image generator and have your AI build it as a simple HTML page instead, then export that as a PDF.

You finish half an idea, then a better one shows up and you start that instead. Do that enough times and you never finish anything.

It doesn't have to be the best idea in your notepad. It just has to be the one you actually finish.

If you run a shop with six people and a spreadsheet, the first job worth handing to AI is the pile of answers you give out loud every week.
September 17, 2026 at 4:03 PM
Next time you watch a marketing video that actually clicks with you, don't just save it and move on.

Feed the video and a few details about your own business to your AI, and ask it to turn the lesson into one real exercise for your specific situation.

Everyone's hunting for the AI tool that one shots your app or runs the whole company on auto.

The actual edge is duller. Managing docs, capturing context and the decisions behind them.

It won't knock anyone's socks off. It'll save you hours every week.

I told my VA "go cook" and walked away. Everything she needed, the strategy, the brand voice, already lived on TeamBrain where her AI could read it directly.

"AI-ready" sounds like standing by, waiting for the right moment to start. What's actually working for people right now looks different: they see a new AI capability the week it ships and put it to use before anyone else figures out how.

I assigned my AI homework from bed last night. Three blog drafts, using the pillars and voice it already had, written straight into the doc so I could check in the morning.

Three hundred pieces of content in twenty minutes. That's the brag I keep seeing on social lately, and it doesn't impress me anymore.
September 10, 2026 at 4:03 PM
If customer messages are piling up and you can't get through them all, stop sorting them by hand.

Feed them to your AI and ask it to sort into three simple buckets: no, maybe, and worth a closer look.

I once needed AI to move a manuscript from Markdown into Google Docs, and the formatting fell apart completely, wrong headers, broken paragraphs.
