This is what I mean when I say that its depressing doing art, writing fics, gposing, ect and getting crickets in response. "Do it because you like it" only goes so far when fandom is supposed to be nerds and creatives supporting each other.
The tags on this Tumblr post really sum up how I feel as a writer about the current state of fandom, and my increasing lack of motivation to write & share fics

To ignore privately sent emails asking for a conversation about design concerns, before this public pulse about it, and still not send any response *but* send a general message in a fan facing discord server is frankly appauling and disheartening behaviour
