Anyway, I'd say the biggest takeaway is this: you are fine to modify the language you use, but it's problematic to judge non-harmful language used by others. We also need to be careful when expanding our definition of harmful language - that can ultimately cause more division than unity

When I was in elementary school, my brother was hit by a car - front of car to side of bike, 25MPH - it threw him off the bike. The helmet was badly broken from the landing, but he was as okay as he could've been... Bruising and a fractured arm, but no major head trauma.
