This cover by Lucio Parillo over at @dynamitecomicshq.bsky.social makes me feel like a cartoon wolf with my eyes bulging out going AWOOGA (complimentary)
An oil painting by Lucio Parillo for the cover of Vampirella 5 by Christopher Priest, published by Dynamite Entertainment. Features her in 3/4 body with her arms crossed and what looks to be some kind of blue magic flowing from one hand and purple from the other, with some creepy eye in the background. It's rendered beautifully, super gorgeous art with a fun play on colors and lighting.

Absolutely in love with these variants @patriciamartinn.bsky.social has been doing over at @eccomics.bsky.social @oni-press.bsky.social 🥰✨
A ratio variant comic book cover for issue 3 of Catacomb of Torment. The art is by Patricia Martin which features a black background and all of the art is off white with red accents. Title in red in the center of the cover reads "CATACOMB of TORMENT" with the publisher's (EC) logo above it in white and a "ARCHIVE EDITION" label. Below the title in white reads "VOLUME 1 No 3" and then the individual story titles and creators "'MOVIE NIGHT AT THE MARIGOLD INN' RYAN HADDOCK & SAMI KIVELA" "'INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS' JOANNE STARER & CHRISTOPHER MITTEN" "'COUPLES THERAPY' J. HOLTMAN & VALERIA BURZO" all in the center of the cover. The perimeter is covered in dark themed designs in a stylized, almost but not quite cartoony manner. A table saw, a hammer, several teeth, a skull, poison, two skeleton hands (but not near each other), a syringe.. several dental tools, knives, and saws. The red accents make everything appear a little bloody.

This was SUCH a surprise to me and I'm beyond excited. I do wish they'd reprint the 8 issue run from Ditko in the 70's but this comic is iconic for a reason and I'm psyched to get it in hardcover on my shelves 🥰
