I like that you mention the toolbox—I tell a lot of people that the point of Edutopia is to make a bigger toolbox. Not every tool is right for every teacher or their students, but if we share enough tools people are more likely to put their hands on the one they need.

I think you could see some flaws even as a novice, as you mention in the task heavy article—but it takes any teacher some time to understand potential solutions.
