The paper suggests this is a big problem, but only cites Darrow, Table 1a for how often this has supposedly occurred. That Darrow Table is really quite silly. It includes "Nivolumab and pembrolizumab," which are different drugs sold by different companies, nothing to do with the 'hopping' claim.

The book is great but there a distracting number of typos. I hope it can get fixed in a future printing. E.g., watch out for the “clovers” on the bed.
