I replaced all t/door locks (3 doors) but SQUATTERS broke in. We had t/HAVAC until that day. T/HAVAC was put in, in 2015. I was planning on fixing it & get it working but I came & it was GONE. So I installed another lock on t/ inside door leading to t/ basement to keep them out of the house.

So far 2 k has been spent on dumpsters, crew -to weed eat the yard that was up to my neck with bushes that were taller than me-so about 20. I just had it all even the snowball bushes, crepe myrtles, hedges cut down b/c no1 would do upkeep if re-rented. The home had gopher rats & caca everywhere.
