2. Transmogs. This is by design going to fracture the community base into "haves" and "have nots". Imagine toggling off tmogs while half the other players keep it as a default or want to see how other players really look. They will be having secret conversations about how cool their new glowy stick looks or how awesome their cape and auras look. You will be forced to hear these interactions while questing, in dungeon groups, in main cities. You have no choice but to accept you will be living in denial and others will think you are too poor to afford the new $20 cosmetic skins. This invalidates our hard work for BiS enchants, tier sets, legendary weapons by allowing others to purchase similar or better tmogs using real life money via the in game shop.
