Are those cow tools?

I get hot flashes so much and idk if it’s because I was on T or something else?? They’re so annoying and I don’t even know how to start looking for info/asking health care providers since idk how much people have actually studied people like me. Does anyone have any similar experiences/theories?

I’m on Depo-provera to get rid of periods and I have been diagnosed with PCOS for a decade (although no scans have been done)
