I'm so glad I got to experience the Cherry Blossoms several years ago. Honestly, the cruelty and calousness feels like the point.

Mom's cat is out of surgery, home, and still loopy. One full chain removed and no additional cells found on x-ray. This is a relief, but I'll be keeping a close eye on the baby.

I know this is false Autumn. I know it's not even really "cool" right now in the high 80s, but it's a hell of a lot better than it has been. Stepping outside isn't insta-melt. I also know I'd regret setting up the target and doing an archery.

I think this weekend I'm just going to make myself a delicious meal and watch a bunch of NatTheatreAtHome shows. Genuienly a fantastic service. Especially for those of us far away.

New seeds ordered for Autumn and Winter veg. Here's hoping it does better than my Spring or Summer garden 🤣
Deer ate my tomatoes. Racoons got my peas. The potatoes didn't potato. So now I try raddish, acorn squash, and these gorgeous black carrots. 🤞

Mom's cat has cancer. The vet is working up an estimate to give me so I can see what the potential treatment cost is. The biggest (for me) issue is mom has dementia and her cat is a major comfort to her.
