Disagree - ESPN was a bad steward. Don’t see how it can get much worse unless the transmission quality suffers (but even ESPN had issues with that as well) … let’s see.

This may be good in the long term for Bundesliga in the US - we’ll see. It certainly can’t be any worse …

He may be rehired by the new rights owners. ESPN wasn’t a good steward of the Bundesliga in the US. They spent the bulk of their time talking and promoting the Premier League, even though they don’t have any of those rights. Some of their on-screen talent seemed to have a strong anti-German bias.
