If you haven't heard about what Bryan Betancur is up to, he got arrested in 3 different jurisdictions in one week. He just completed a jail sentence in DC, then arrested almost immediately in Arlington, and denied bail. Once his Arlington case is done, he has to go back for another one in DC.
