Was talking to Bell Aliant yesterday, and they hope to have someone out to the property today or early next week to investigate the lines. Can see them here in this image my friend took. About chest height.

Have been building out a roadmap to hopefully develop the land and off-grid site. Its frugal, but doable I think. Starting with a used pop-up trailer, then eventually maybe a shed conversion on one of these www.shorelinesheds.ca
