Abraham Lincoln understood, perhaps better than anyone, how personal liberty and self-reliance are at the heart of the American experience. But he also knew there are certain things we can only do together.

On Saturday, Trump told us the attack on an elementary school in Iran that killed 175 people – mostly children – “was done by Iran.”

Now the U.S. military admits it was a U.S. strike.

If they are lying about something as obvious as this, what else are they lying about?

The fourth richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The fifth richest man owns The Washington Post.

And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros.
