🧡Hi! I'm TRiPPY🧡
Full time creator of #Engelbaum. Previously I worked at #SEGA QA/Art and I'm also like the Mum of the #NiGHTS fandom.

Front cover of my comic. The text at the bottom reads "Engelbaum by Lynne Triplett".
In the foreground my main character Imagni swings around happily with her arms in the air creating art. Behind her, her giant inky skeleton Flow self holds out her hands to embrace her smaller self in the foreground.
In the distant background is Meio Dia on the left lit up by her neon green Flow bars. And finally on the top right we have Argand with her arms folded looking grumpy and not wanting to be a part of the picture.

🎨 #Engelbaum
Chapter 1: Page 1 & 2

Shares deeply appreciated on my #comic #art pages. Series recommended for ages 18+ due to occasional adult themes.

A Creator is born.

Page 1: A dark and simple full page with no text.

A gigantic cosmic looking clawed hand holding some sort of weird abstract inking pen in rainbow colors, draws a single line of multi colored light into the darkness.

The line makes a "Skifffftt" noise.

Page 2:
Here we see a silvery grey liquid metal type figure sleeping in a fetal position while holding onto their creators pen nib.

Slowly the creature begins to slide off the end of the giant pen, long inhuman limbs hanging backwards lifelessly waiting to fall into the void.

The character falls headfirst into the darkness alone.

🎨 #ENGELBAUM #art upload master-post. I'll be adding my finished #comic pages to this thread regularly. So please enjoy my life project as it unfolds. Shares deeply appreciated. Recommended for ages 18+ due to occasional adult themes.

🌈🧵A love letter to all creatives and dreamers - Engelbaum.

Front cover of my comic, Engelbaum.
The large white text at the bottom reads "Engelbaum by Lynne Triplett". The white text the the top reads "Creativity ties us."

A very colorful image with bright greens, blues and orange sunset skies. In the foreground my main character Imagni ( a tall smiling white skinned creature with long yellow hair and curled demon horns) swings around happily with her arms in the air creating art. Behind her, her giant inky skeleton Flow self holds out her hands to embrace her smaller self in the foreground protectively while smiling.
In the distant background is Meio Dia (the same species of creature as Imagni but with tall white upright horns and pale green hair swept over one eye) on the left she is lit up by her neon green Flow soundwave bars.

And finally on the top right we have Argand (same species but much larger and muscular under a long flowing cloak and old draped fabrics) with her arms folded looking grumpy and not wanting to be a part of the picture.

Reminder that sexual expression in the arts is absolutely normal and human across time and all cultures. Sex is how we all got here, and the arts are how we express our living experiences. There is nothing immoral about it, and it should never be criminalized.

seeing a lot of folks talking about how conservative "pornography" bans are a pretense/prelude to targeting any & all queer or trans art, which is absolutely true

also: banning & criminalizing actual honest-to-god porn is fascist in itself. say that too!
