We are moving forward with the successful launch of FUNN, and for that I am very appreciative for the 100+ new members and supporters that have joined since we launched this morning. I look forward to engaging with you all in the coming weeks as we prepare for the World Congress.

Again, not an attack, just an observation. I can't fix the problem that appear to have with me or FUNN, so I'm going to move on. It is not that I don't want to engage, you simply have just made it difficult to engage.

It is clear that you don't like the fact that some people founded a group that addressed a need that those people saw needing to be resolved. And that is more than okay. I just don't see the point of continuing to defend our actions.

Calm down. I wasn't coming for you. Your right to start and run a group is not being challenged. I encourage it, and have done that many times in my past. I don't know any more that I know, and you don't know any more than you know. It's not a competition; at least it isn't for me.

However, I think we've gone back and forth enough to see the shape of this: I'm not going to write an answer that suits you better than the one that already exists, and no answer I give it is going to satisfy you. That's not a productive place for either of us to keep spending time.

Back to the thread itself, I accept that there is always room to do things better, and some of what's come up here is genuinely useful — it's pointed to gaps in our FAQ and public info that we'll go back and fix. That part of this has been worthwhile.

In reviewing commentary about what the video is about, the commonly accepted reading is that it is about spectacle and distraction; specifically, how entertainment and violence coexist in American culture, and how attention gets pulled toward one while the other continues unaddressed.

Thanks for the video, but I don't think the video represents what your assertion states. I watched it. It's powerful, but the (music) video makes no specific claim about facts/opinions/closed conversations, as you suggest. That is just too much of a stretch.

I didn't get asked if I thought this was a good idea at the time (perhaps I wasn't in someone's phonebook at the time), but someone did, and through that organization, hundreds if not thousands of people were educated about this devastating disease, and lives were saved.

This interaction reminded me of when I served on the board of the Victorian AIDS Council in the mid-80's, and I am still thankful that a very small group of people decided that the "gay cancer" that was killing gay men was something worth organizing around.

Good question, but I think at this point in time the answer is no. We already have some amazing organizations here in the US that do exactly this. Why would be replicate or compete with them. Rather, we need to collaborate more with groups, and we will do that when the opportunity arises.

You are not a two year-old, and I would not disrespect you to talk to you that way. I don't know you, but simply put: we are an legally incorporated in Nevada, giving a voice to US-based naturists in the international arena. I can accept you don't like this development, and that is okay. ☮️

Organizations do it all the time, so as long as an organization is a legal entity (which FUNN is), and operates within the State and Federal laws as it relates to our operations - which includes having articles, bylaws, and management agreements - which we do, I am not sure why you are so opposed.

Our next goal will be to solicit as much input from our members on the issues facing the international naturist community, and represent those views at the upcoming World Congress. I hope you are taking that same opportunity with your UK Representative as they prepare to join us in Budapest.

Not all, but definitely some. We will evolve based on how our members guide the organization moving forward. Very few existing orgs meet the standards you suggest today, and I agree that we need to move towards that more. Our 1st goal was simple: give a voice to US-based naturists at INF-FNI ✔️
