Honestly if there's anyone that should take responsibility for their inaction, it's Merrick Garland. He had multiple chances to throw the book at Trump for January 6th and just chose to shrug it off instead.
does joe biden, in whatever moments of clarity are left to him, feel any sense of responsibility for this? do his enablers? i wonder about that sometimes
