#RevolutionaryTrek Ideas that spark change
For better or worse, the idea of individuality introduced by Hugh into the Borg collective had consequences. Lost as individuals, they were manipulated by a strong arm man, as history has always done.

In another timeline Kirk and Spock couldn't return home. Spock embraced his ancestors violent tendencies and turned to a life of crime.

I happened upon this episode of Thriller from maybe 1961? Starring Shatner in the lead role. Very Twilight Zone, very creepy and well done. Wasn't expecting the ending! "The Grim Reaper ", available on youtube.

Seeing those Boris Vallejo covers in grocery store shelves when I was a kid was always a highlight. Amazing artwork, particularly with Spock.

I love the star trek posts regarding the 4th, but it also makes me think of the heart of star trek. Not one nation, its us as a world celebrating our existence as a species amongst the stars. At the time broadcasted, given who it showed as cast, was a remarkable gesture of unity between all.

Fight for freedom
"I call upon Cardassians everywhere. Resist. Resist today. Resist tomorrow. Resist till the last Dominion soldier has been driven from our soil!"
Damar's unexpected speech sent shockwaves across the battlefront. A great moment, in an amazing arc. Happy 4th!

#SciFiPremise Dying civilization
So technically I guess their civilization is already dead, though seeing the last 2 choose to destroy each other rather than make peace is crazy. Been on a TOS kick lately and who doesn't like this classic.
