I wanted to give a plug for Ludger’s in Tulsa. I ordered a 6” lemon cake which has a lemon cheesecake sandwiched between two wonderful sponges and vanilla icing. Best cake I’ve had in a long time. And you know how much I like to bake.

It may surprise people to know Oklahoma has a very diverse geography. Tulsa is in the middle of Green Country which is part of the foothills leading up to the Ozark Mountains. One of the oldest ranges in the world.
