To start out, I'm planning to have this account be a backup of my FFXIV tumblr sideblog. As on there, expect a lot of Fordola/Lyse fangirling (including gposes and fanfic when I'm up to it), as well as some fancy anime cosplay glams I do with my Lalafell main, Alice!
Fordola and Lyse holding hands and gently touching their foreheads together underneath autumn trees and a starry sky. Lyse is in her leadership outfit, while Fordola is in her Resistance uniform. Two Lalafell engaged in battle in the Great Gubal Library. Both are cosplaying characters from the anime/manga Rozen Maiden. One is a DRK with black wings like Suigintou, the other is a BLM with a red dress like Shinku.

For twins like Suiseiseki and Souseiseki, it didn't feel right to post an Eorzea Collection entry for one without the other!

My FFXIV character, Alice, dressed up as the twins Suiseiseki and Souseiseki from Rozen Maiden. "Suiseiseki" wears a white veil (Anemos Constellation Turban) and a long, ruffled green dress (Courtly Lover's Surcoat of Fending and Ascension Longkilt of Healing) with the Resplendent Fieldfiend's Hatchet on her back, while "Souseiseki" wears a black top hat (Mirage Hat), a princely blue jacket (Baronial Jacket) and breeches (Academic's Breeches) and is leaning against the Edenmorn Halberd. Both have matching black shoes (Patrician's Gaiters). The characters are standing together in the Yesterland section of Living Memory, where golden light shimmers over a nostalgic recreation of a small town. Another pose of Suiseiseki and Souseiseki, this time in the town of Treno from the Mistwake 7.4 dungeon. Suiseiseki is doing the typical female Lalafell curtsey, while Souseiseki does a more masculine bow. Reference image of Suiseiseki and her watering can from the SINoALICE collaboration. Happy Silksong anniversary! Meanwhile the Rising celebration is still ongoing, so today I'm blending the two and showing off some Silksong gijinkas I made via FFXIV glams!

A screenshot of my FFXIV Lalafell, Alice, cosplaying as Hornet from Hollow Knight. She has short white hair, pale skin, black eyes, and elaborate white face paint to mimic some of Hornet's design in a more human-like form. In place of horns, she has two large ears (Werewolf Head) and she is wearing a red Serge Poncho with a white fringe over black clawed gloves (Goetia Gloves) and boots (YoRHa Type-55 Thighboots of Fending). Glowing white particles swirl around her needle (Phantom Sword Umbrae) as she stabs it down as if using the Bind action. (In this picture, "Hornet" is actually standing on the corpse of Arkveld from FFXIV's Monster Hunter crossover, since it felt fitting for an expert hunter to take down some of the biggest prey in FFXIV. Maybe she'd get a variant Beast crest from Binding it?) A recreation of "Hornet" challenging "Lace" as she conducts Silkflies (the Butterfly Effect minion). The pair are standing across from each other on a stone ledge as lava flows around them, with the FFXIV dungeon Hell's Lid standing in for Deep Docks. Lace is another Lalafell, and has dark brown skin, white eyes, and white hair. Her clothes vaguely approximate a fencer and/or a jester's outfit with a narrow bodice with ruffles, poofy pants that narrow into slim stockings, and a wide ruffled bonnet. A recreation of "Hornet" clashing with "Phantom" at the end of their fight in the Exhaust Organ (here represented by the background for one of the Alexander raids). She rushes forward with her needle drawn as Phantom mirrors her with their gold longpin and smoke billows around them. Phantom looks similar to their sister - they are another Lalafell with dark skin, though their face is hidden by a white mask and their hair sticks up in black spikes. They are wearing a black coat with grey tails and frayed grey pants and boots.

It's the anniversary of Dalamud's fall, so it's finally time to share this incredible piece I commissioned from @demitsorou.bsky.social! 🧡

#ffxiv #therising #fordolaremlupis #alliebaelsar #alamhigo #fanart
Digital painting depicting the fall of Dalamud, as seen from the city of Ala Mhigo. In the foreground, silhouettes of a young Fordola and Allie are caught amid chaotic flames and burning debris. Allie is tugging Fordola's hand to run away, but Fordola is peering upward, past a burning Garlean banner and the wreckage of a stone archway, at the looming red moon as it begins to break apart. The image of Dalamud in the sky is blended with a view of Fordola's face as she looks toward it, with the moon and the shadow of her hand framing her features in a manner that foreshadows her eventual tattoo and Resonant eye. At the bottom of the image is the artist's signature - Demitsorou.

Oh! While I'm on the note of Bozja - part of the organizing work I did for DTC was making infographics for which Lost Actions players should bring to Duels and the Dalriada.

For people interested in trying the content, maybe these might come in handy for you too?

#ffxiv #bozja
A guide to some basic, but solid Lost Action loadouts for Rank 25 players to take into non-DRN Bozja areas like the Dalriada. (The format of the guide is based on Royce Blackwater's DRN speedrun loadout guide!) A simple checklist and guide for how to use Flare Star caster cheese to melt Duel bosses. The steps are configured in order to ideally re-use the expensive Lost Excellence for multiple Duel attempts.

@danfloydplus.bsky.social's FFXIV Let's Play just wrapped up the Bozja questline! It was an incredible experience being part of the squad that helped Durmin blast through the leveling for that, and the videos turned out amazing! :D

And here's the final half of the Sorrows of Werlyt fic I posted last week! Lots of Lyse in this one, as well as Fordola getting to voice her side of what was going on last chapter. :)

Lyse waves, having spotted Fordola in the wreckage of a magiteck transport. Fordola curls in on herself, glaring to the side as she hides her head in her knees. Despite nightfall quickly approaching, Lyse glances at Fordola and smiles as she leans in closer. Fordola accepts this with a wry, bemused expression.

Waiting Room

#gpose #yugiri #ysayle #fordola #hythlodaeus
Ysayle, Fordola, Yugiri, and Hythlodaeus are seated at a table. Hythlodaeus is conversing, Yugiri is drinking green tea, Ysayle is drinking hot cocoa, and Fordola is eating a snack. A nurse stands on the right side of the image holding a quill and notepad. The nurse says, "Let's see. Yugiri Mistwalker? The developers will see you now." A shot of Yugiri from behind as she walks past the nurse. In the background, Yoshi-P is waving and smiling. Yugiri says, "Oh, gosh. I'm really nervous about all this..." Yoshi-P replies, "No need to worry! This won't take long at all! Please look forward to it!" In the corner of the image, some text reads "Some time later..." Yugiri is now in frame, making an exaggerated expression made possible by her new model. She's pumping her fists, looking up, and shouting "YES! FINALLY! IT FINALLY HAPPENED!" A shot from the side of Yugiri still yelling. Ysayle now has her arms folded over her chest and frowns while saying, "Oh wow. How nice." Fordola looks equally grumpy and mutters, "Happy for you..." Hythlodaeus is leaned back in exasperation, head tilted up as he sighs and says, "Congratulations. I guess." I'm sure you all will get your updated models soon!

I'm not sure if I ever posted this one here! That color wheel challenge that was going around for a while a few years ago

#ffxivart #lysehext #fordolaremlupis #krilebaldesion #laniaittedehaillenarte #ysayledangoulain #moenbrydawilfsunnwyn #yugiri #nanamoulnamo
Digital artwork of a color wheel, showing a full rainbow in eight colors. In the red portion is Lyse, raising up her fist cheerfully as she smiles at the viewer. In the orange portion is Fordola, crossing her arms and glaring with a severe expression at the viewer. In the yellow portion is Krile, who is smiling at the viewer and holding up her hands as if surprised. In the green portion is Laniaitte, smiling at the viewer as she holds her sword by the hilt with both hands. In the light blue portion is Ysayle, smirking at something off-screen as she holds her hand to her lip as if to cover up her smile. In the indigo portion is Moenbryda, standing tall as she smiles to the viewer. In the purple portion is Yugiri, who is smiling at something off-screen and holding her hands over her heart. In the pink portion is Nanamo, who is beaming and holding her hands to her cheeks as she looks at something off-screen.
