Terminator: Resistance is a super fun AA shooter that we don’t get enough of anymore. People say good things about RoboCop and that will probably be my next pick up.

Even with Steam dominating and physical media having been dead on PC for a long time. The openness of the platform itself allows things to be less dire than an PlayStation ecosystem without physical media.

I have been following Apples dislike for the EU‘s DMA for a while now. Their communication is interesting. Very … aggressive? Not how companies usually express disdain. The arguments around why Siri AI needs to be delayed in the EU felt sloppier than most. straynotes.xyz/blog/siri-ai...

Whenever I write anything I get hit by this wave of uncertainty. Like no matter how much time I spend thinking, researching, and writing could ever make me even somewhat certain that what I created was correct and good enough.

After hitting 99 sailing with essentially only salvaging, I still want to max out some of my ships and see the other things sailing has to offer.

Nintendo's legal antics make them my least favorite video game company by far. Other companies make bad video games with awful monetazation schemes. Nintendo just isn't satisfied with this industry standard and sends their lawyers to make sure that everyone knows they are extra unlikeable.

The idea that you have to get more out of your free time than just enjoyment is incredibly destructive.

Working on cool ideas always sounds better in my head than it is in reality. Actually working means learning all the difficulties that come with it.
It’s strange. I am further along than I was when it was just an idea in my head, but the goal seems further out.

Getting Python running in the browser through WASM is kinda cool. My dream would be combining it with Flask to create an interactive course in the browser.
