眠剤切らして眠れねえ毎日。ストレスフルだし、飯食ってなさすぎてひと月で体重10キロ近く落ちたし。それでも躁鬱で考えたらかなり良いバランスのところを低空飛行してるような感覚で、そんなに悪くない。間違いなく鬱状態だけど、この感じもやっと落ち着いてきたなという
