We are small but mighty! Our nonprofit isn't the largest in our area, but we are a "gap filler." We help out where other organizations are not able to. Maybe an organization can offer 75% of a payment for something, and we can offer the other 25%. Thanks to all donating. It's adding up!

HTV fail! Not sending out this custom in such poor shape. The buyer was okay with extending the ship date so I can get some new materials...this was attempt 2...onward! I would rather be late a day with permission than manage an unhappy customer receiving poor quality.

My nervous system has been under prolonged threat and hasn’t fully come down yet. 39 weeks of no income was not just inconvenient, it was survival. My brain logged it as danger. Despite having a job now, my body hasn’t recalibrated. It’s still scanning for collapse. Survival stress. Disorienting.

Finally ordered a new zipper for my long, down winter coat. The zipper has been broken for 2 to 3 years now. Didn’t matter so much before when I was working from home. It was nice to break up the usual sewing and prepare yo keep myself warm. #sewing

Between the bad disc in my back & the rheumatoid arthritis, job loss & heartbreak earlier this year & now hours spent commuting and driving to a new role that just barely makes ends meet…I am still sewing. I wish I could’ve kept up the rate from last year - it was just not meant to be! #sewing
