Yeeesss the 1:1 is best I love the philsbury 1:1 but I have a hard time finding it so I get the bob mills 1:1 the secret is after everything’s mixed let it rest 10 min before baking no matter what ur baking :)

I buy the gluten free muffin mix at Walmart right now they have strawberry and a lemon blueberry one and use a mini donut maker and make it out of that. So far it’s been super good
