The @NationalAuditOffice should commission a review of systemic harm across the children’s safeguarding from national policy to schools, local authorities and multi-agency partners. Expose blind spots eg “first lie wins” + “saviour mentality” that prioritises intervention and untested claims.

They really are shocking. The senior leadership team in Children’s Services are in eye watering salaries funded by tax payers. This is not right.
