Nick Collins received an email and then that email was shared with MDN. Did Nick Collins’ campaign share that email? If so MGL c. 56, 42 seems relevant.

Filed two FOIAs yesterday to see if I can begin to unravel exactly what was reported to State officials by Collins, in contrast to his (and Flynn’s) public claims.

Did he report that his name alone was omitted from ballots? Did he report that Wu was involved in possible “political interference?”
Upon learning that a family member received the wrong ballot, they didn’t simply call for an investigation.

They advantaged Collins by falsely suggesting that Collins was targeted. Without evidence, they suggested that Wu conspired.

What impact did their actions have on election results?
Let me ask again: Were these actions fair to Latoya Gayle, a candidate that had a real shot at winning?

Why did Senator Collins and Councilor Flynn act as factfinders and public broadcasters rather than allowing an investigation to take place? What did they know, and when?

I also asked OCPF for a review of Nick Collins “campaign vehicle”

I asked the elections division to review statements made by Senator Collins. Can’t say this gives me much hope for a thorough review.

Ah well, at least Nick was forced to give up his “campaign vehicle” and actually had to get off his fat fucking ass for the first time in 14yrs.
Update: Latoya Gayle has conceded to Nick Collins in the First Suffolk Senate race.

This probably explains why election workers are so happy to see me. They’re just happy to see anyone.
In Ward 15, precinct 8 (Fields Corner, Viet AID) it's Gayle over Collins again, 65-44.

Seems like our local media should take more of an interest in state electeds feeding election fraud conspiracies to unethical partisan media outlets.

Nick Collins is the fail son nepo-baby of a former state rep. It took him 8yrs to get his BA and other than paperboy, never held a job outside elected office.

Meet Nick Collins Chief of Staff Haley Walsh. When Haley isn’t helping Nick get elected she’s helping Trump as a delegate to the RNC. One can only imagine the conversations these two have after attending Caribbean Carnival.

We don’t get treated to this type of press conference every time a cop is mistreated by the public but today is special cause it’s the day their contract with the city ended.
