I don't believe in magic, but the Crock-Pot is the closest thing we have to it. You throw in meat, veggies, herbs, and some type of liquid, turn it on, and when you come back eight or more hours later, beautiful things happen.

#Gibraltar - 18/11 - it was a beautiful day after all the recent rain, with blue skies and just a little patchy fair-weather cloud about in the afternoon, and a breezier South to Southwesterly picking up. After a colder start, temperatures recovered to a very pleasant 19.7C.
