Great @wmata.com just missed a 2nd shuttle and will now have to wait 20 minutes for the next. Thanks for turning this 50 min commute into 2 hours… YOU SUCK!! You better be refunding EVERYONE who’s been on your stupid trains for an hour for what should only be a 23 minute commute.
